1 xbat Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to 1 xbat. By creating an account, logging in or placing any bet or wager on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 1 xbat platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on 1 xbat, including sports betting, PSL betting, live casino, Andar Bahar, Ludo, virtual sports and any other product offered now or in the future. They apply to all players regardless of the device or browser used to access the platform.

Throughout this document, "1 xbat", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operators of the 1 xbat platform. "You" and "your" refer to the registered account holder accessing the platform.

By accessing or using 1 xbat in any way — whether by registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet or simply browsing the platform — you accept these Terms and Conditions unconditionally. Your continued use of 1 xbat following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and 1 xbat.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use 1 xbat in any capacity.
• Acceptance is implied through any use of the platform, including browsing.
• If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use 1 xbat.

To use 1 xbat, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1 xbat enforces this requirement strictly and will ask for identity verification at any time.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling or betting is expressly prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You must not already have an account on 1 xbat that has been suspended or closed by us. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or family member of a 1 xbat employee.

Each person may hold only one registered account on 1 xbat. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify 1 xbat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 1 xbat may require identity verification documents (CNIC, utility bill or bank statement) at any time to comply with KYC obligations.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of identity verification. This is a security measure to protect your account.
• Opening duplicate accounts — even under different names or payment details — is prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all accounts.

All transactions on 1 xbat are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches the name on your 1 xbat account.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. IBFT withdrawals follow standard banking processing timelines.
• 1 xbat does not charge withdrawal fees on standard accounts. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — we have no control over these.
• Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification if KYC documentation has not been submitted or approved.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals as part of our fraud prevention processes.

These rules apply to all sports betting and live betting markets on 1 xbat, including PSL cricket betting, virtual sports and all other sports markets available on the platform.

• A bet is considered confirmed only when it appears in your bet history with a confirmation reference number. A bet is not valid until this confirmation is shown.
• Odds displayed on 1 xbat are subject to change until a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on a market, 1 xbat reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided will have the stake returned in full to your wallet.
• For live in-play bets, the result at the moment the live bet is accepted is final. Delays in communication between your device and our servers do not invalidate confirmed bets.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market. Maximum bet limits are set at the market level and are visible in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Accumulator bets are settled based on the outcome of each individual selection. If one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.

1 xbat offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any additional specific conditions stated in the individual promotion.

• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address and payment method.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the bonus offer terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately. Real money is used first for bets unless the bonus has specific conditions requiring bonus funds to be used first.
• 1 xbat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel a player's bonus if we have reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being abused.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonuses in combination with arbitrage strategies, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

The following rules apply to all casino games, live casino tables, Andar Bahar, Ludo and virtual sports products available on 1 xbat.

• All casino and virtual sports outcomes on 1 xbat are produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are statistically independent — no previous result affects the next.
• Return to player (RTP) percentages for all games are independently certified and disclosed in each game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical failure, game disconnection or server error during an active game round, 1 xbat will resolve the situation based on the game state recorded in our system logs at the time of the fault.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers. Their game rules apply alongside 1 xbat's Terms. Any conflict between third-party rules and these Terms will be resolved by 1 xbat at its discretion.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG patterns or game glitches is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of relevant winnings and potential account closure.

The 1 xbat VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Participation is automatic for all registered players and no separate application is required.

• VIP points are earned at the rate of 1 point per Rs 10 wagered across all 1 xbat products.
• VIP tiers are reviewed and updated on the first day of each calendar month based on the previous month's points total.
• VIP benefits — including cashback, birthday bonuses and access to exclusive promotions — are determined by the tier held at the start of each month.
• 1 xbat reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefit structures or the program itself with reasonable notice provided to affected members.
• VIP status does not confer any right to ongoing cashback or specific benefit levels indefinitely. Tier adjustments based on activity are a standard part of the program's structure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1 xbat. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one account on 1 xbat under any name, identity or payment method.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit any feature.
• Coordinated betting with other players to guarantee outcomes or exploit market inefficiencies systematically (arbitrage and matched betting).
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using 1 xbat for money laundering purposes.
• Sharing your account with any other person or allowing others to use your account credentials.
• Exploiting system errors, pricing mistakes or software vulnerabilities knowingly.
• Providing false personal information or fraudulent documents during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while underage or facilitating access to underage persons.

1 xbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first contacting 1 xbat support.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Extended inactivity (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months) may result in account dormancy status.

In cases where an account is closed for violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is due to responsible gaming requests (self-exclusion), any real money balance not subject to active bonuses will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

All content on the 1 xbat platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, software, game content and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 1 xbat or its licensed content providers.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any content from 1 xbat without prior written permission.
• The 1 xbat name, logo and branding may not be used in any form without express written authorisation.
• Scraping data, odds or content from the 1 xbat platform using automated tools is prohibited.

1 xbat provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and accuracy, we make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

• 1 xbat is not liable for any financial losses incurred due to betting decisions made by the player.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues or device problems outside our control.
• In the event of a platform error that results in incorrect odds or settlement, 1 xbat reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected bets.
• Our total liability to you in any circumstances will not exceed the amount you deposited in the calendar month in which the claim arises.

• We collect and store the personal information you provide during registration and any subsequent verification processes.

• All players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced — not increased — without a cooling-off period.

• Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent. During self-exclusion, your account will be blocked from all betting and deposit activity.
